ZoomInfo rolled out ZoomInfo Recruiter, a platform designed to help recruiting teams identify and connect with candidates. The platform provides agencies, recruiters and sourcers with data regarding work history and education, as well as information to help employers understand each candidate’s functional, management and technical experience.
In addition, the platform offers preset filter that help users gather information in areas such as DEI. “Recruiters can easily automate their identification of and outreach to candidates,” said ZoomInfo CEO Henry Schuck.
ZoomInfo has long been known as a source for business information for sales and marketing teams. The Recruiter platform leverages that information and recasts it for talent acquisition purposes. With it, users can search “technographics,” candidate education, employment history, titles, departments and functions, and use keywords to pinpoint specific skills, ZoomInfo said.
The platform also lets recruiters create automated campaigns and communicate with candidates through multiple channels, including email and mobile phone. Analysis tools help recruiters modify and tailor their approach, as needed.
ZoomInfo said the platform integrates with leading applicant tracking systems, so that recruiters can export directly search results and easily contact candidates.
Business Intelligence Chat
Several weeks ago, ZoomInfo acquired Insent, a Japanese marketing platform that identifies website visitors using artificial intelligence and chatbot technology. At the time, the company announced its intention to combine its capabilities with Insent’s to form a new product, ZoomInfo Chat. The product’s approach will allow organizations to provide more personalized chat tools at scale, the company said.
Although the company didn’t discuss how chat and ZoomInfo Recruiter might work together, it noted that Insent’s product included a meeting schedule with calendar features designed to convert conversations into booked meetings, a feature that can have obvious use to talent acquisition teams. Insent’s existing integrations also work with customer relationship management platforms, marketing automation systems, and collaboration software.
