Phenom expanded its platform to include personalized solutions for HR leaders and HRIS teams, building on its single platform for candidates, employees, recruiters and hiring managers. New features include a workforce planning solution and an HRIS Experience that streamlines integrations, connects third-party apps and enhances scalability.

PivotCX released a beta version of its Real-Time Video communications feature, which it said will provide a level of interoperability across existing channels already in place. Co-founder and CEO Howard Bates described the introduction of video as being “the latest in a long string of communication tools on our roadmap.”

Beeline announced an upcoming talent experience that will allow contingent workers to create private accounts and take control of how they are represented in the workforce, allowing them to self-report and maintain their own personal information. The company said it will be the first contingent-workforce platform to offer workers a private account with this level of autonomy and privacy control.

Betterworks announced integrations with a number of Office 365 and G Suite applications that allow employees to manage their performance from the applications they use regularly. The company said plug-ins for these productivity tools will enable employees to have more meaningful conversations with their managers including regular check-ins, goal progress updates, feedback and recognition, all within the flow of work.

Workday introduced new skills technology to help organizations bring skills data in and out of its platform. With the new capability, Workday said it’s streamlining the compiling of skills data, which usually exists in multiple applications, such as learning systems, skills assessments and labor market data. Workday said its new system provide a single source of truth for skills data, which will help employers gain deeper insight into workforce skills and deliver a more personalized employee experiences.

SAP announced additions to the SuccessFactors Human Experience Management Suite to help organizations execute integrated talent development strategies and create a future-ready workforce. The features include a skills ontology to identify an employee’s skills based on their role, responsibilities, experiences and accomplishments; Growth portfolio, a dynamic library of employee attributes; and dynamic teams to help create, track, measure and optimize the outcomes of teams that exist beyond traditional hierarchies.  

Praisidio announced enhancements to its Talent Retention Management Platform, including real-time retention dashboards that uses an enterprise’s public data and metadata to help HR managers understand and act on trends that affect teams and individual employees. The real-time dashboards integrate with more than 40 enterprise systems including Workday, SAP, ADP and BambooHR.
