Syndio announced OppEQ, a product designed to help companies increase diversity across all levels of the organization. The product helps companies analyze hiring, promotions, performance scores and retention rates by gender, race and other factors to identify the root causes of inequities and pay gaps, then create action plans for improvement.

Fama, which allows employers to examine a job applicant’s online presence, raised $10 million in a Series B round led by Austin -based VC firm Silverton Partners. Dot.LA reported that the company plans to use the funds to scale up its go-to-market team and develop new products. The company’s solution uses AI to flag problematic social media content posted by job candidates.

ALM will launch Lawjobs.com Live, a virtual career fair for legal professionals on May 17th. The platform allows job seekers to explore participating firms and request interviews. Employers can pre-screen resumes and interview candidates using their meeting technology of choice.
